We are currently seeking a motivated, reliable, and experienced Qualified Maintenance Plumber to join our growing team. This is a full-time, long-term position with an immediate start available, primarily servicing commercial maintenance clients across the Sunshine Coast.
About the role
As a Qualified Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial plumbing systems, diagnosing and resolving plumbing and drainage issues, and roofing and stormwater maintenance works.
Key responsibilities
- Routine maintenance, repairs, and installations on commercial / residential plumbing systems
- Diagnosing and resolving plumbing and drainage issues
- Roofing and stormwater maintenance works
- Completing work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and safety standards
- Using service M8 to manage jobs and reporting

Requirements
- Current QBCC Plumbing & Drainage Licence
- Current Queensland Driver Licence
- Blue Card and/or Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Sound knowledge of AS/NZS 3500
- Ability to read and interpret hydraulic plans
- Competency using iPads and workplace applications
