About the Role
We are now seeking an experiencedBoilermaker/Welder to join our high performing team at our Eagle Farm Service Centre. Your duties will include:
Fabricating steel components for mobile and static waste equipment.
Repairing and maintaining mobile and static waste equipment.
Inspecting work to locate defects.
Reading and interpreting engineering drawings.
Setting up and operating hand tools.
Undertaking tasks involving specialist measuring equipment and hand tools.
Undertaking welding in accordance with industry and trade standards.
Completing all records and paperwork accurately.

About You
The successful candidate will have:
Certificate III in Engineering (Fabrication Trade) or other equivalent trade qualification plus three years' experience (preferred).
Demonstrated experience welding various grades of steel.
Extensive experience with MIG welding equipment.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Commitment to safety and following standard work procedures.
