About the Role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be the first pointof contact for our customers and play a vital role in delivering an outstandingcustomer experience. Working closely with our sales, production, and transportteams, you will ensure customer orders are accurately processed, enquiries arehandled professionally, and customer needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Responding to customer enquiries viaphone, email, and online platforms in a professional and timely manner.

- Maintainingaccurate customer records, pricing information, and account details.
- Handling customer complaints,concerns, and product issues with professionalism and efficiency, ensuringprompt resolution.
- Processinginvoices, credit requests, and other administrative documentation.
- Assistingwith data entry, reporting, and general office administration tasks.
- Building and maintaining strong,long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Supporting continuous improvementinitiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in customerservice, customer support, sales administration, order processing, or a similarrole.
- Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
- Strongorganisational skills and the ability to manage competing prioritieseffectively.
- High attention to detail andaccuracy when entering orders and processing documentation.
- Ability towork independent ly while also contributing positively to a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills andthe confidence to handle customer concerns professionally.
- Proficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experienceusing ERP, CRM, or order management systems.
Highly Desirable
- Experience within the food service,wholesale, FMCG, manufacturing, logistics, or meat processing industries.
- Knowledgeof inventory, distribution, or supply chain processes.
- Experienceworking in a high-volume customer service environment.
