Product Compliance Specialist , supporting the safe and compliant delivery of products across one of Australia's leading outdoor and adventure brands under our group umbrella, BCF.

- What You'll Be Doing
- Provide advice on product safety, consumer law and compliance requirements across a diverse product range.
- Assess product compliance against Australian and New Zealand standards and regulations.
- Review testing outcomes, identify risks and recommend corrective actions.
- Support product investigations, recalls and compliance-related issues.
- Partner with merchandising, sourcing, legal and compliance teams to drive safe and compliant products to market.
- Contribute to reporting, audits and continuous improvement initiatives across the compliance framework.
- What You'll Bring
- Experience interpreting and applying regulatory requirements, product standards or compliance frameworks.
- Knowledge of ACCC requirements, Australian Consumer Law, product safety regulations, standards or similar regulatory environments.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability manage and interpret data.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
- Experience investigating issues, assessing risk and driving corrective actions.
