About the Role... As a Finance Banking Officer, you'll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by managing reconciliations, resolving issues and supporting our store network with banking enquiries.
What You'll Be Doing...
- Keep the Numbers on Track - Complete accurate and timely bank reconciliations across the business.
- Solve the Puzzle - Investigate discrepancies and work with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Support Our Store Network - Provide helpful and responsive support for banking administration enquiries.
- Deliver Great Service - Respond to customer and stakeholder queries accurately and promptly.
- Contribute to Financial Accuracy - Support banking processes, reporting and account administration activities.
- Help New Stores Get Started - Assist with banking setup and administration for new store openings and changes.
What You'll Bring...
- Reconciliation or Finance Administration Experience - Previous experience in banking, finance administration, accounts or reconciliations.
- Exceptional Attention to Detail - You enjoy working with numbers and can spot issues others might miss.
- Systems Savvy - Experience with SAP is advantageous, but we're equally interested in people who quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Curious Problem Solver - You like getting to the bottom of discrepancies and finding practical solutions.
- Strong Communication Skills - Able to build positive relationships and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Team-First Mindset - Adaptable, collaborative and happy to pitch in wherever needed to support the team.
