Super Retail Group is seeking an Operations Excellence Specialist to drive continuous improvement across Distribution Centre (DC) operations and the wider supply chain. You will lead Lean initiatives, standardize processes, benchmark performance, and explore new technologies to boost safety, cost, productivity and service.
You will report to the National Operations Excellence Manager within the Logistics Optimization team and collaborate across stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
