Join a growing local crane hire business on the Sunshine Coast. We are looking for an experienced Crane Operator / Rigger to join our team. This is a Monday–Friday position, initially offered on a casual basis, with the opportunity to move into full-time employment for the right person. Occasional Saturday shifts are available on a 'who wants it' basis.
The Role
This is a hands-on position where you'll be doing both crane operation and rigging/dogging, depending on the job and the crew on the day. Our fleet currently includes:
- All Terrain Slew Crane
- Pick & Carry Crane
- 2 x Knuckleboom Cranes
Experience operating the above equipment is highly regarded. Training will be provided on our knuckleboom cranes, so you don't need to have previous knuckleboom experience to apply. You'll be working across a variety of crane hire, lifting and rigging jobs throughout the Sunshine Coast and Noosa region.

- Able to communicate well with customers, site personnel and the crew
- Willing to get involved and do what is required to get the job done safely and efficiently
Minimum Requirements
- C1 Crane High Risk Work Licence
- RB High Risk Work Licence
- HR Driver Licence
- White Card
- Relevant experience in crane operations and rigging/dogging
- Current and unrestricted Australian work rights
Additional tickets, licences and experience will be highly regarded.
