Sunpork is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Murray Bridge, SA as a Level 1 Maintenance Technician working across multiple farms. This permanent, full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to contribute to our Maintenance division.
Key responsibilities and tasks include:
- Performing routine maintenance on equipment and machinery
- Conducting inspections to identify and address potential issues
- Assisting with repairs and troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
- Recording maintenance activities and reporting any defects or malfunctions
- Collaborating with other team members to achieve departmental goals
- Participating in training programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge
The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive approach to maintenance tasks, possess strong attention to detail, and exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities. Additionally, effective communication skills and the ability to work well within a team are essential for this role.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in performing routine maintenance tasks (welding experience is a huge benefit)
- Familiarity with basic hand and power tools
