Are you looking for an opportunity to join a growing Australian business where your skills will make a real difference?

SunPork Group is seeking a proactive and motivated Procurement Coordinator to join our team, with the flexibility to be based at either our Toowoomba (Wilsonton) or Eagle Farm (Brisbane) location. This is an exciting opportunity to play an important role in supporting our farming operations across Australia, ensuring the efficient purchasing, coordination and supply of essential animal health and nutrition products.

About SunPork Group: SunPork Group is one of Australia's leading pork production companies, proudly Australian-owned and operated. With operations spanning farming, production, processing, logistics and corporate services, we are committed to delivering high-quality Australian pork products while maintaining a strong focus on animal welfare, sustainability, innovation and our people. Our success is built on the dedication of our employees, and we pride ourselves on creating a supportive and collaborative workplace where our people can grow and succeed.

About the Role: Reporting to the Veterinary and Nutrition Services Manager, the Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day purchasing, order processing, stock coordination and invoicing activities for animal health and nutrition products across our Australian farming operations. Working closely with farm managers, suppliers, warehouse teams and internal stakeholders, you will ensure orders are processed accurately, stock levels are maintained and purchasing transactions are completed efficiently. This position plays an important role in supporting procurement activities across multiple sites and states, with involvement in approximately $12 million in annual animal health and nutrition product expenditure.

  • Coordinate and process purchasing and sales orders from farming operations across Australia.
  • Raise and manage supplier purchase orders, ensuring accurate pricing in line with existing supplier agreements.
  • Maintain accurate purchasing, receipting and invoicing records using Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Monitor stock requirements and coordinate orders to support operational needs and agreed purchasing volumes.
  • Process goods receipts, reconcile deliveries and ensure accurate invoicing to farming sites.
  • Liaise with suppliers, warehouse teams and farm managers to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the Accounts Payable team to support accurate and timely supplier payments.
  • Identify and elevate pricing discrepancies, stock shortages and supply issues.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and support continuous improvements in purchasing processes.

About You: We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy and has a proactive approach to managing competing priorities. To be successful, you will ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain coordination or administration.
  • Experience processing purchase orders, invoices and stock transactions.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when managing high-volume transactions.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Experience using ERP systems, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 highly regarded.
  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently as well as part of a team.
  • A Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Agriculture or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Experience within agriculture, livestock production, animal health or nutrition would be highly regarded but is not essential.

Why Join SunPork?

  • Location flexibility: Opportunity to be based in Toowoomba or Eagle Farm, Brisbane.
  • Make an impact: Support essential procurement activities across our Australian farming operations.
  • Variety and responsibility: Enjoy a diverse role involving purchasing, inventory coordination, supplier relationships and administration.
