About the Role
As a Sunnycare Home Care Worker, you will provide support and assistance to elderly clients with Home Care Packages (Level 1-4), helping them live independently in their own homes. Your duties may include:
- Personal care
- Medication assistance
- Companionship and social activities
- Domestic tasks and household support
- Meal preparation
- Shopping assistance
- Transportation to appointments and activities
About You
- Experience providing home care services to elderly clients and/or NDIS participants
- Professional proficiency in English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A smartphone with internet access
- Current First Aid and CPR certificates
- Current Australian Federal Police Check
- A reliable and clean registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Certificate III in Aged Care / Individual Support / Home and Community Care
- Australian residency or valid working rights in Australia
