We are now looking for an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead our busy North Ryde clinic and play a key role in shaping the day‑to‑day success of our team and patient experience.

About the Role

As Practice Manager, you will be the driving force behind the clinic’s operations.

You will bring together people, processes, and performance to ensure the clinic runs smoothly, efficiently, and with care at its core.

This is a hands‑on leadership role where no two days are the same — perfect for someone who enjoys responsibility, variety, and making a real impact.

  • Oversee daily clinic operations including doctor rosters, consult room allocations, and stock management.
  • Manage Medicare claims, billing, doctor payments, and monitor KPIs to support clinic performance.
  • Act as a key point of contact for patient enquiries and ensure a seamless journey from booking through to follow‑up.
