Vito’s is a new 160 - cover restaurant from Sunday Co., serving New York style Italian cuisine, elevated classic cocktails and exciting 400+ bottle wine list. We’re still early enough that the people who join now will help shape how our bars run.
We’re after bartenders who love a busy service, take pride in a well-made drink, and can hold a great conversation with a full rail in front of them.
What you’ll do
- Run your own section and keep drinks moving quickly without dropping the standard
- Be the host of your bar, guiding guests through our drinks and food
- Keep your station clean and ready, however busy service gets
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years behind a busy bar
- Curiosity about cocktails, wine and food
- Attention to detail, a sense of urgency and a team-first attitude
- Experience serving food at the bar is a plus
- Current NSW RSA
