Suncorp is seeking a Consumer Underwriting Operational Leader to guide the Underwriting Operations team in delivering effective oversight, workflow management and support across Home and Motor Insurance. You will drive process improvements, strengthen controls and leverage technology to enhance customer outcomes.
You will collaborate with Underwriting, Claims, Distribution and Risk teams, manage incidents and audit activities, and help shape the program of work while fostering a high-performing environment.
