We are currently seeking an experienced Building Inspector to join our team.
About the Role
The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting frame and final inspections across residential construction projects throughout South East Queensland.
This role requires a high level of independence, attention to detail and the ability to manage an inspection schedule efficiently.
What We're Looking For
- Extensive experience within the building and construction industry
- Strong knowledge of residential construction
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage inspections efficiently
- Confidence reviewing building plans electronically using a tablet
- Competency preparing clear and accurate inspection reports
- A location within Brisbane, Ipswich, Logan, the Gold Coast or surrounding areas
