You will be supported by a superior Group Management team and in turn, support our motivated and dedicated staff.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the day-to-day productivity of your Service team to ensure Customer satisfaction
- Guide, support, assess and review staff performance
- Embody and lead a positive team culture
- Complaint management and Quality Control
- Compliance and Audit Management
- Ensure your Service Team adheres to the Company Policies and Procedures and understands the importance of WHS
Key Characteristics of the Applicant Include:
- Previous Automotive Service Supervisor / Management experience essential to progression -Dealership experienced will be highly regarded
- Automotive Trade qualified with sound fault finding and diagnostics skills
- The ability to work with computerised maintenance systems
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed KPI's including CSI's
- Strong customer satisfaction approach (both internal and external customers)
- Understanding of business needs and financial reporting
- Excellent time management and organisational skills

- Hands-On Automotive Industry knowledge and experience
- Strong leadership skills
- DMS experience preferred
- Strategic and forward-thinking
- A passion for the Automotive Industry

- Current Manual Driver's License(essential)
