As Payroll Officer you will assist in all aspects of payroll ranging from receiving timesheets and processing payroll for 260 employees, to preparing end of month returns and reconciliations.

- Assist with the following key tasks
- Receiving, coding and entering weekly timesheets
- Processing payroll weekly with adjustment payrolls processed as required
- Ensuring payroll system is kept up to date including pay rates, allowances, super, tax, entitlements, etc..
- Set up and maintain employee information in the payroll system
- Provide reports and stats to management teams
- Prepare and lodge superannuation, redundancy, child support and payroll tax returnsmonthly
- Provide admin support as required
- The Successful Applicant
- Previous high volume payroll experience preferred
- Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail
- Competency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees and clients
- Intermediate Excel Spreadsheets
- Unipay payroll system experience an advantage
