Key Responsibilities
- Achieve strong personal new vehicle sales results
- Support and assist in managing the new vehicle sales team
- Assist with deal structuring, approvals, and finance coordination
- Support lead management, follow-up standards, and CRM compliance
- Coach and mentor sales consultants to improve performance
- Maintain high standards of customer experience and professionalism
- Step into Sales Manager duties when required
Skills & Experience
- Current experience as a New Vehicle Sales Consultant
- Proven track record of consistent sales performance
- Strong desire to progress into sales leadership and management
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Professional presentation and strong work ethic
- Solid understanding of dealership sales processes and compliance
