Omnia Community Health is seeking a Team Leader for the Adult Allied Health unit (North 2) to provide clinical and operational leadership across multiple sites, including Broadford and Wallan, with travel across all sites.
You will oversee service planning, delivery and evaluation, supervise staff, drive performance, support recruitment, manage budgets and ensure quality outcomes, while fostering a culture of excellence and person-centred care.
