Sulo's Shish and Pide is looking for an experienced, reliable Cook / Charcoal Grill Cook to join our busy team in Ettalong Beach.
We're a family run Turkish restaurant and take away specialising in charcoal grilled meats, pide, and traditional Turkish food.
With Sulo's growing, we're looking for someone who wants to become a long term part of our team.
THE ROLE
This is a hands on position covering all aspects of our kitchen and customer service including:
- Cooking shish and meats over charcoal
- Daily food prep
- Cooking and plating during busy services
- Maintaining a clean, organised kitchen, including dishwashing
- Assisting with stock and deliveries
- Helping with take away orders, delivery platforms and customer service
We're a small team, so everyone gets involved and helps wherever needed.
