Production / Factory Hand – Textile Printing
Working as part of our production team, you will perform hands-on duties across various stages of the textile printing and manufacturing process.
The role is active and practical, involving standing, lifting and moving materials throughout the day.
Every day is a little different as you work across the production workflow.
Key responsibilities
- Operating and assisting with digital printing and heat press equipment
- Loading and unloading fabric and materials
- Measuring, cutting, folding and handling fabric
- Packing and preparing finished orders
- Moving materials around the workshop
- Assisting with quality checks
- Keeping the production area clean, organised and safe
- Helping with general warehouse and factory duties
- Assisting other team members to keep orders moving and meet deadlines
