Subaru Australia is seeking an exceptional Training Manager to lead capability development across our dealer network, shaping training programs that build product knowledge, sales capability and customer experience. Reporting to the Director Network Development & Operations, you will design and deliver face-to-face, virtual and e-learning, manage LMS content, and partner with regional teams to drive dealer performance.
