We partner with prestigious global luxury houses and local brands to deliver immaculate, detail-oriented physical spaces. Rooted in technical precision, craftsmanship, and local delivery excellence, our studio offers a collaborative, hands-on environment where team members work across the entire lifecycle of high-profile projects.

The Opportunity

We are looking for an ambitious, technically minded Graduate Architect or Architectural Assistant to join our team on a part-time basis, with a structured pathway to transition into a full-time role in early 2027.

You will work closely with our senior team, receiving hands-on mentorship across luxury retail rollout and bespoke fit-outs. This is an exceptional opportunity to gain deep exposure to international luxury brand guidelines, complex joinery detailing, and statutory coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural documentation, tender sets, and construction packages using Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Assist in developing millwork/joinery details, finishes schedules, and interior elevations tailored to luxury standards.
  • Coordinate drawings against Australian building regulations (NCC / BCA), Australian Standards, and shopping centre / landlord tenancy guidelines.
  • Support project management workflows, consultant coordination, and authority submissions.
  • Collaborate directly with internal project leads, local builders, and overseas brand design teams.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Master of Architecture.
  • Experience: 1–2 years of practical experience within an architectural or interior design practice (strong student/internship experience considered).
  • Software Proficiency: Solid working proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD (essential).
  • Detail-Oriented: An eye for technical accuracy, joinery alignment, and clean graphic presentation.
  • Communication: Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills to liaise with internal teams, landlords, and consultants.
  • Interest in Luxury Retail: A keen interest or prior exposure to commercial interiors, high-end retail, or bespoke hospitality.

What We Offer

  • Direct mentorship from experienced registered architects and retail specialists.
  • High-profile project portfolio working alongside world-renowned luxury brands.
  • A clear, documented progression path from part-time support into a permanent full-time position in 2027.
  • Welcoming, close-knit studio culture in Crows Nest, close to public transport.
