At Stryker, we’re driven to make healthcare better. We’re looking for an Associate Territory Manager to join our Trauma team in Melbourne. This is a hands‑on role where things move quickly, and you’ll support surgeons in theatre while learning our Trauma portfolio in depth and building the commercial skills to grow your territory over time. You’ll be joining a high‑performing team that values collaboration, reliability and continuous development.
What you’ll do:
- Support surgeons in theatre during Trauma procedures
- Provide clinical and technical guidance to hospital teams
- Build meaningful relationships with surgeons, nurses and theatre staff
- Partner with your Territory Manager on business planning and account strategy
- Identify opportunities to grow the Trauma portfolio across your region
- Deliver education and in-servicing to hospital teams
- Manage instruments, set preparation and case logistics
- Stay across new products, techniques and industry developments

What You Will Need:
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer‑facing, sales, or healthcare‑related role
- Ability to work in hospital environments, including operating theatres
- Current valid driver’s licence
- Fluency in English
- Preferred Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification in an allied health field (e.g. nursing, physiotherapy, exercise science)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in clinical, technical, or medical sales environments
- Experience working toward sales targets or KPIs in any industry
