We are seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Property Manager or a Commercial Property Secretary to join our dynamic team at Strathfield Partners Real Estate. This full-time role will be based in our Strathfield, NSW office and will be responsible for overseeing the successful management of our diverse commercial property portfolio.
What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of commercial properties including office spaces, retail locations and industrial facilities
Conducting regular property inspections and liaising with tenants to ensure properties are well-maintained
Collecting and processing rent payments, managing arrears, and maintaining accurate financial records
Negotiating new lease agreements and managing lease renewals
Overseeing all building maintenance and coordinating contractors for repair work
Providing excellent customer service to tenants and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
Assisting with the marketing and leasing of vacant properties
Preparing comprehensive property reports and financial statements
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in property management
Strong knowledge of the commercial property market and industry regulations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build positive relationships with tenants
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office suite
Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Tertiary qualification in property management, real estate or a related field is preferred
