Job Description

Our client, based in Minto, is one of Australia's most trusted companies. They supply wall frames & roof trusses to the building industry and are currently looking for a Production & Admin Support Team Member.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face.
• Process customer purchase orders and prepare quotations.
• Maintain electronic job records from receipt of signed quote.
• Prepare and distribute Council Certifications.
• Place initial orders for direct-to-site deliveries with suppliers.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
• Answer incoming phone calls and monitor shared email inboxes.
• Carry out general office administration duties as required.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Knowledge and understanding of a manufacturing site
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
• Working knowledge of Frame & Truss Software Systems (preffered but not essential)
• Detailed understanding of Trade Systems
• Strong phone etiquette and reception skills
• Demonstrated ability to manage workflow and processes efficiently and effectively
• Ability to prioritise and maintain a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to communicate both written and verbally with a high level of accuracy
