Our client, a well-established fencing company based in Chipping Norton, is seeking an experienced Office Administrator / Customer Service Officer to join their friendly team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Process customer purchase orders and prepare quotations.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain customer records.
- Answer incoming phone calls and monitor shared email inboxes.
- Process cash and EFTPOS transactions.
- Pack orders for online and in-store customers.
- Restock showroom shelves and maintain product displays.
- Scan, file, and organise documents.
- Carry out general office administration duties as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in an administration and/or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong computer and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy.
- A professional phone manner.
- Great attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A reliable, punctual, and proactive approach to work.
- The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- A willingness to learn and develop your skills.
