Help shape the future of safety at Strait Link.

At Strait Link, we know that strong safety performance starts with strong relationships.

That's why we're looking for an experienced Safety Business Partner to join our team and help us continue building a culture where safety is embedded in the way we work, lead and support one another.

This is more than a compliance role.

It's an opportunity to influence how safety is understood and practised across a complex and dynamic logistics operation, partnering with leaders and frontline teams to drive meaningful change and build capability across the business.

If you're passionate about creating safer workplaces, enjoy building trusted relationships and want to play a hands‑on role in shaping the future of safety, we'd love to hear from you.

For decades, Strait Link has connected Tasmania with mainland Australia, delivering essential freight services that keep businesses, communities and industries moving.

Behind every shipment is a team of people committed to doing the job safely, supporting one another and continually improving the way we work.

From our vessels and ports to our warehouses, depots and transport network, we operate in a fast‑paced environment where no two days are the same.

As our next Safety Business Partner, you'll have the opportunity to work across a diverse operational landscape, partner with experienced leaders and teams, and contribute to one of Australia's most important freight networks.

About You
