Story Contracting Limited is seeking a commercially focused Quantity Surveyor to support infrastructure projects from start to finish. Based in Wakefield, this on-site, permanent role requires strong cost control, contract management and effective stakeholder collaboration to deliver projects on time and within budget.
You will manage valuations and final accounts, monitor budgets and risks, and procure subcontractors while ensuring NEC contract compliance.
