Growth Marketing Manager in North Lakes

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the National Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the organisation's marketing and growth strategy, driving brand awareness, customer acquisition and engagement across multiple channels.

This is a hands‐on role where you'll have the opportunity to shape the marketing function while developing and executing campaigns that deliver measurable business growth.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing marketing and growth strategies to increase enquiries, conversions and revenue
• Managing paid digital campaigns across Meta, Google and other digital platforms, ensuring strong ROI and campaign performance
• Creating engaging content across social media, digital channels, email marketing and websites
• Producing high-quality visual and video content that strengthens the brand and connects with target audiences
• Growing and nurturing online communities through engaging, relevant content
• Managing the brand identity and ensuring consistency across all customer touchpoints
• Using analytics and reporting tools to measure campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations
• Managing website content, SEO and conversion optimisation initiatives
• Writing compelling copy across digital, social, email and marketing campaigns
• Leveraging AI and emerging marketing technologies to improve efficiencies, content creation and campaign performance
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget

ABOUT YOU:

You'll be an experienced marketing professional who enjoys balancing strategy with hands‐on execution and thrives in a fast‐paced environment.

You'll bring:

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related discipline
• Proven experience developing and delivering successful marketing and growth campaigns
• Experience marketing within childcare, education or another service‐based organisation would be highly regarded
• Strong digital marketing experience, including Meta Ads, Google Ads and lead generation campaigns
• Experience creating engaging content across social media, digital and email channels
• A solid understanding of brand marketing, SEO, website management and campaign optimisation
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using GA4 and other reporting tools
• Experience using AI and marketing technologies to improve performance and efficiencies
• Excellent stakeholder management, organisation and project management skills
