What You'll Do
- Guide customers from the completion of the sales process through design selections, construction, settlement, handover, and their transition into community life.
- Become a trusted point of contact for homebuyers by understanding what matters to each customer, providing clear and timely information, and making the building journey feel personal, organised, and seamless.
- Work closely with Sales, Builder partners, Project, Development, Marketing, and Community teams.
- Facilitate site visits, customer events, and home handovers.
- Maintain accurate customer records, manage expectations, resolve concerns, and support settlement forecasts through considered risk management.
This is an opportunity to join Stockland’s established Halcyon Communities business and contribute to a strong pipeline of communities, homes, and shared amenities. Customers can experience the community through a varied program of events, information sessions, and opportunities to connect with current homeowners before moving into their new home.
About You
- You understand residential building and are naturally comfortable working with people, knowing how to listen carefully, understand individual priorities, and build trust over time.
- You can combine empathy with commercial judgement, maintaining a high standard of customer care while following established processes and managing risk appropriately.
- You are motivated by quality customer outcomes rather than high volume transactions.
- You enjoy working at a considered pace, taking ownership of the details and supporting customers through an important life decision.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Customer-facing experience within land lease communities, lifestyle communities, residential construction, new home building, or a related built form environment.
- A practical understanding of the residential building journey, including plans, design and colour selections, customer changes, construction milestones, settlement, and handover.
- Strong relationship and communication skills, with the ability to understand customer needs, manage expectations, and resolve concerns calmly and professionally.
- Demonstrated organisation and attention to detail, including the accurate management of customer approvals, correspondence, workflows, and deadlines.
- Confidence using customer relationship management systems such as Salesforce, with the ability to work collaboratively across Sales, Construction, Development, and Community teams.
The Right Mindset
- Customer focused: You take the time to understand what is important to each customer and create an experience they will confidently recommend.
- Considered and accountable: You show sound judgement, follow established processes, and balance customer needs with commercial, compliance, and risk requirements.
- Collaborative: You build trusted relationships across teams and take shared ownership of a seamless customer journey.
