The opportunity
You will begin by supporting the Director across listings, marketing campaigns, buyer management, inspections, prospecting and sales administration.
As your skills and confidence develop, you will take on greater client contact, campaign responsibility and business-development activity.
No two days will be the same.
One day you may help prepare a listing presentation, organise photography and launch a property online.
The next may involve speaking with buyers, attending inspections, preparing a vendor update or making prospecting calls to create future opportunities.
This is an active, client-facing role—not a desk-only administration position.
You will be expected to get involved, communicate confidently, follow through on commitments and bring energy to the team.
