Supporting over 760 community clients, 225 residential aged care beds across three facilities and 35 independent living units, Boandik offers a comprehensive range of services including residential aged care, independent living, respite care, dementia support, secure accommodation for vulnerable residents, and community wellbeing programs.
As a leading provider, Boandik is committed to enhancing the quality of life of older people through personalised care and support that promotes independence, wellbeing, dignity and respect. The rare and exciting opportunity now exists for a new Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organisation through an exciting period of growth.
Working closely with the Board and leading a team of over 500 committed staff and more than 60 volunteers, you will play a key role in continuing the outstanding work of the soon retiring CEO, while leading the organisation and capitalising on growth opportunities, which will ultimately improve service levels, care outcomes and quality across the organisation and its facilities.
With industry experience preferred, including the provision of residential care, you will likely already be at the CEO or 2IC level and be highly experienced in the effective leadership and management of human, material and financial resources in an environment which is subject to strict governance and legislative requirements and where safety and quality standards are of paramount importance.
You will be proactive, energetic and strategic as you guide an organisation in already exceptional standing into a new era of opportunity and outcomes. Your demonstrated track record of leading an organisation through a growth phase while maintaining all facets of existing quality and outcomes will be of importance to your success as the new CEO, and you will be remunerated and rewarded accordingly.
