Working for Sydney City Hyundai Service Department, you will be the vital link between our customers and the workshop.
This includes greeting and assisting the customers, assisting with scheduling the service appointments, liaising with technicians to provide accurate updates and recommendations, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standard and building lasting relationships with our valued customers.
The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, strong communication and organisational skills, a genuine passion for customer service and the ability to thrive in a fast paced, team oriented environment.
