Stepping Stone Clubhouse Inc. (SSCI) is seeking an experienced RAM Unit Leader to guide the Reception, Automobile and Maintenance Unit at our Brisbane South Clubhouse. This role combines people leadership, operational coordination and active member engagement to support the Clubhouse model and create pathways to better mental health.
You will supervise RAM Unit staff, coordinate fleet, maintenance and visitor experiences, and work closely with members and the Clubhouse Director to ensure a supportive environment.
