You will join a team of Innovators, Software Developers, Designers and Strategists invested wholeheartedly in building STEPN’s community.

We are looking for someone who has built a global events program for a leading fitness + technology company and is looking to transition into Web3. You will partner closely with Brand, Creative and Digital teams to build world-class experiences.

What we're looking for:

• Experience working in a fitness + technology company who wants to transition into Web3.
• Ability to understand different technologies and architectures at a level needed for efficient business development.
• Natural leadership skills and ability to navigate high-stress situations through a specific and consistent framework.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking, re-prioritising projects, and communicating priority updates to stakeholders.
• 3-6+ years' experience running business development at a Fitness/B2C/Tech company.

We value experience/knowledge in one or more of the following:

• Extensive experience in the ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close.
• Defining business development strategy, ability to take broad concepts to form action plans, and execute on them.
• Establishing and fostering lasting relationships with customers, partners, and clients.
• Being driven by results, with the ability to manage independently and take calculated risks.
• Able to educate customers on the value of STEPN throughout the adoption cycle.
• Identifying customer needs and collaborating with STEPN teammates to ensure customer success.
• Communicating and organising/raising issues appropriately including billing, legal, security, onboarding, and technical inquiries.
• Serving as the voice of the customer and collecting feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product.
