About the Role
As part of the Stellarossa Crestmead team, you'll work across both café and drive thru operations — preparing and serving exceptional coffee, cold beverages, and fresh meals for dine-in and takeaway guests.
This is a part-time position with up to 20 hours available.
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy engaging with guests, and take pride in the quality and presentation of every order.
Previous drive thru experience will be highly regarded, especially if you're confident multitasking and delivering excellent service under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso coffee and beverages
- Take and process guest orders in both the café and drive thru
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workspace
- Deliver meals and drinks to guests efficiently and with a smile
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Restock supplies and assist with inventory management
- Support and collaborate with your team
- Provide friendly, genuine service that keeps guests coming back
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of barista or café experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation and equipment
- Drive thru experience is highly regarded
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
