This is a hands-on role suited to an engineer who enjoys being in the field, working directly with site leadership and influencing operational performance through practical engineering solutions. You'll gain exposure across projects, production, planning, ventilation and mine infrastructure while working closely with operational stakeholders to deliver meaningful business improvements.

Why Apply?

  • Be the link between Technical Services and Mining Operations
  • Gain exposure across production, projects, planning and infrastructure
  • Play a key role in driving operational improvement initiatives
  • Opportunity to oversee major underground capital infrastructure projects

  • Build strong relationships with site stakeholders and operational teams

About You

  • Bachelor of Mining Engineering or equivalent qualification
  • Underground hard rock mining experience
  • Exposure to mine production, projects and operational environments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability

  • Current C Class Manual Driver's Licence
  • Experience with Deswik highly regarded
  • WA Underground Shift Supervisor's Certificate or First Class Mine Manager's Certificate highly regarded

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

This isn't a traditional planning or production role. It's an opportunity to gain broad operational exposure, work alongside experienced mining leaders, and develop the practical site-based skills that set engineers up for future leadership positions.

If you're looking to move beyond the desktop, influence site performance and build a well-rounded mining career, we'd love to hear from you.
