  • Manage waste and recycling processes, including organising bin collections and disposal activities.
  • Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Planning, and Operations teams to ensure material availability supports manufacturing schedules.
  • Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with warehousing, forklift, traffic management, and material handling procedures.
  • Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation, and operational efficiency throughout the warehouse.

About You

  • Previous supervisory or leadership experience within a warehouse, stores, logistics, manufacturing, or factory environment.
  • A current LF Forklift Licence with practical operating experience.
  • Strong commitment to workplace safety and experience managing safe work practices within a warehouse environment.
  • Experience with inventory management, cycle counting, stocktakes, and stock control processes.
  • Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office and inventory or ERP systems.
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to coordinate competing priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Experience handling large or fragile materials, such as glass, will be highly regarded.
  • Overhead crane experience is advantageous; however, training can be provided.
