You will report to the Production Manager, set shift rhythm, and drive on-time delivery while upholding safety and quality standards.
You will lead two Team Leaders, coach the floor, and ensure machine uptime with maintenance support.
Strong leadership and commitment to 5S and efficient material flow are essential.
