Steel Indesign Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Apprentice Sheetmetal Worker to join our team in Bankstown, NSW.
This full-time role will provide you with the opportunity to learn and develop your skills in the trades and services industry, with a focus on welding and Sheet metal Fabrication.
We are a small Manufacturer of Domestic and Commercial Kitchens, Bars and Restaurants manufacturing Stainless steel benchtops, shelving, wall cladding and refrigeration.
What you'll be doing
- Assisting with the fabrication and installation of sheet metal components
- Learning to operate a variety of metalworking machinery and tools
- Developing skills in welding
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
- Collaborating with the team to ensure projects are completed to a high standard
- Maintaining a safe and organised work environment
