This is a varied and demanding role – not just reception and not just claims administration. You will see different parts of our business: claims, scheduling, internal and external customer communication and general administration, while supporting the wider admin and operations teams.
Key responsibilities
- Assisting with insurance claims and job administration
- Helping coordinate and schedule our field technicians
- Communicating with clients, customers and technicians
- Managing emails, job updates and data entry
- Assisting other members of the admin team during busy periods
- General administration and problem solving as various issues arise
About you
- Confidence and excellent computer / IT skills
- Strong interpersonal / phone communication skills
- Organised and able to multitask
- Someone who works with a sense of urgency and gets things done
- Sound attention to detail
- Positive, reliable and willing to help others in the team as the need arises
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
- Experience in insurance or restoration is not essential but would be advantageous
