We are looking for someone who is practical, organised, confident dealing with people, and capable of managing projects in fast-paced environments where no two days are the same.

  • Prepare accurate scopes, reports, quotations, and project documentation
  • Coordinate and oversee restoration projects to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard
  • Manage client, insurer, and stakeholder communication throughout the restoration process
  • Support and guide restoration technicians onsite
  • Assist in managing project timelines, resources, equipment, and subcontractors where required
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and margins
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and operational performance
  • Participate in occasional after-hours emergency response when required

About You

You are organised, solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and capable of managing multiple priorities at once. You take pride in professionalism, communication, and accountability, and you enjoy working in an environment where every day presents different challenges. You will ideally bring:

  • Previous experience in restoration, construction, facilities management, insurance works, trade services, building, logistics, or a similar operational industry

  • The ability to problem solve and make decisions independently
  • A hands-on and team-focused attitude
  • Leadership or supervisory experience (highly regarded)
