About the Role:
As a Resort Receptionist, you will be the face of our resort, ensuring each guest receives a warm and welcoming experience from check-in to check-out. We are looking for someone who is vibrant, friendly, and can maintain a positive attitude, even during busy times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service with a smile, ensuring all guests feel valued and cared for.
- Handle phone and online reservations efficiently, managing multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Facilitate smooth check-ins and check-outs, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Use various computer programs, including property management software like Resly, with confidence and precision.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a seamless front desk operation.
About You:
You are a team player with strong organisational skills and a knack for time management. You have a cheerful personality and enjoy making our guests feel at home. Previous experience in resort/hotel reservations or reception is preferred. You have solid computer skills and can navigate multiple software programs with ease. You’re reliable, professional, and ready to contribute to our dynamic team.
Work Schedule:
The front desk operates from 9am to 5pm on weekdays and 9am to 4pm on weekends. The role includes a mix of weekday and weekend shifts, with an initial focus on mid-week shifts. This is initially a part-time/casual role.
