Static Services is looking for a friendly, organised and customer focused Customer Service Representative to join our supportive team on a casual basis.
This role is ideal for someone looking for consistent weekly hours, with guaranteed Saturday and Monday shifts and the opportunity to pick up additional weekday shifts depending on business demand and staffing requirements.

Working Hours and Pay
Saturday: 8:00am to 4:00pm at $45 per hour plus super
Monday: 7:00am to 3:00pm at $35 per hour plus super
Additional weekday shifts may be available depending on business demand and staffing requirements. All weekday shifts will be paid at $35 per hour plus super.
Initial Training
The successful applicant will be required to complete an initial training period of approximately 1 to 2 weeks during standard weekday business hours. This will allow you to learn our systems, processes and customer service standards before transitioning into the regular Saturday and Monday shifts.
About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative at Static Services, you'll play an important role in creating a great experience for our customers while helping coordinate schedules for our technicians. You'll speak with homeowners, understand their needs and help ensure their experience with our team is smooth, professional and stress free.
We have established processes to help you succeed, but we're also looking for someone who can bring their own personality and warmth to every conversation.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and provide friendly, professional customer service
- Build rapport with customers and make them feel comfortable and valued
- Listen to customers, understand their needs and help find the right solutions
- Follow our customer service processes while keeping conversations natural and engaging
- Manage bookings and technician schedules using our scheduling software
- Communicate with technicians, dispatch and other office team members to keep jobs running smoothly
- Provide customers with timely updates and help deliver an excellent overall experience
What We're Looking For
- At least one year of experience in customer service, reception, administration or a similar role
- Excellent phone manner and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to multitask and stay calm in a busy environment
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers
- Reliability and a commitment to the agreed Saturday and Monday shifts
- Confidence using computers and a willingness to learn new software
Experience in trade services, scheduling or a call centre environment would be an advantage, but isn't essential for the right person.
