Museums Victoria is seeking a Senior Advisor, Workforce Strategy & Performance to join our People & Culture team in Melbourne. You will drive workforce and succession planning, design performance frameworks, and partner with senior leaders to enable strategic capability across MV's museums.
Reporting to the Head, People & Culture, you'll contribute to the 2025‐30 Strategic Plan and help shape culture and leadership at scale within Australia's leading public museum organisation.
