- Respond promptly to customer service calls to troubleshoot technical issues and perform on-site inspections and emergency repairs to minimize downtime.
- Conduct testing of various types of EV charger during and after installation, ensuring proper commissioning procedures are followed.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and proactively identify and report technical abnormalities.
- Effectively communicate with HQ colleagues to ensure timely root cause identification and resolution of technical issues.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment and system faults effectively.
- Manage service partners, including onboarding and refresher training, case assignments, and periodic performance evaluations based on service KPIs.
- Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of service activities to ensure full traceability.
- Manage spare parts inventory to ensure sufficient stock levels for smooth operations.
- Maintain daily communication with customers to provide updates, ensure issue resolution, and follow up appropriately.
Requirements
- - At least 2-3 years of experience in related field
- - Strong organizational and coordination skills
- - Good communication and problem-solving skills
- - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- - Good understanding of electrical systems and circuitry
- - Experience with EV charging systems or similar technology will be advantageous
- - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
