This is a varied, hands-on role combining stock management, order fulfilment, deliveries and customer service.
About the Role
- Hours: Monday to Friday, minimum 20 hours per week
- Position: Part-time
- Location: Star Liquor Warehouse, Runcorn, QLD
- Work vehicle: Sense of Taste van provided for work-related pickups and deliveries
Key Responsibilities
- Picking up stock from other stores
- Delivering stock to other stores
- Delivering orders to customers
- Picking and packing online orders for Australia Post collection
- Entering sales into our computer system
- Adding new products to the system
- Updating stock quantities in the system
- Responding to customer enquiries via email and phone
- Working independently and managing daily tasks
- Problem-solving and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently
About You
- Aged 25 years or over
- Hold a current, unrestricted open driver's licence
- Reliable, punctual and well organised
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Confident using computers and learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
