STAR Community Services is seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety Officer to lead safety initiatives across our diverse community services. You will promote safe work practices, coordinate risk management and injury management while ensuring compliance with legislative and organisational requirements.
Reporting to the Business Services Manager, you will partner with managers, employees, volunteers and regulators to strengthen STAR's safety culture and drive continuous improvement.
