Position Title: Order Planner - PM Shift
Location: Keysborough, Victoria, Australia
Work Arrangement: Onsite
Employment: Permanent Full Time
Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day release of set order run times across all order divisions.
- Control Order Planner administrative functions, including emails and liaison with Customer Service, Commercial, and DC Management.
- Manage and maintain the export process from order release through to dispatch.
- Ensure a high level of effective departmental planning.
- Support other functions within the administration team, including DC Support.
- Contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the ANZ Operations team onsite at the Keysborough Distribution Centre.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience using a warehouse management system.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work unsupervised and manage responsibilities independently.
- Commitment to the afternoon shift: 2:00pm – 10:36pm.
