The predicted salary is between 22.5 - 27.5 $ per hour.
We are currently looking for new, enthusiastic team members to join us on our fast-growing journey. Our Learn-to-swim and Adult Instructors are the core of our success, and enjoy great hourly rates, ongoing support from our Training & Development Manager and a friendly, supportive team environment.
Our motivated instructors teach levels from 3 years old through to stroke development, all with the support of our experienced and professional management & operations team. Shifts are available from Tuesday to Friday; afternoon shifts are from 3:45pm to 6:45pm. Saturday shifts are from 9:30am to 3:45pm. Applicants must be available to work on one weekday and Saturday.
Our current team enjoy flexible shift arrangements that promote a great work-life balance, and include university students, previous competitive swimmers, parents, and those looking for a fun career change.
Desired Qualifications:
- Working with Children Check (must obtain prior to commencement)
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety (can obtain upon commencement)
- AUSTSWIM Teacher of Adults (can obtain upon commencement)
